Nearly every Calligaris piece is made after you order it, in the finishes and materials you choose. Delivery typically takes approximately four months (about 16 weeks) from the date your order is confirmed. Because each piece is built for you, all sales are final.

Yes. Our Costa Mesa showroom is at 3315 Hyland Avenue, Suite F, open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Appointments are recommended if you would like design assistance, but walk-in visitors are always welcome.

Yes. Orders within our local service territory are delivered by our white-glove team, including placement in the room of your choice, unpacking, and removal of all packaging. Local delivery is a flat fee from $499 to $899 based on your order value and the distance from our Costa Mesa showroom. Deliveries beyond 200 miles are quoted individually.

Yes. We work with interior designers, architects, builders, developers, and hospitality professionals through our Trade Program. You can apply for a trade account through our Trade Program page.

All sales are final and no refund is issued on any sale. Because nearly every piece is produced to order, special orders cannot be cancelled. Cancelling any other order incurs a charge of 25% of the sale amount, plus an additional 4% termination fee on credit card purchases. Manufacturing defects and transit damage are the exceptions and we will put those right at no cost to you.
