Made to order, delivered with care
Every Calligaris OC piece is made to order in Italy to your chosen finishes and materials. Delivery typically takes approximately four months (about 16 weeks) from the date your order is confirmed. Items held in stock may arrive sooner, and your specific estimate is provided when your order is confirmed. Some pieces may take longer during peak production periods.
Local white-glove delivery
Orders delivered within our local service territory are delivered by our white-glove team: in-home placement, unpacking, and haul-away of packaging materials, scheduled once your order arrives at our local facility.
Local delivery is a flat fee based on your order value and the delivery distance from our Costa Mesa showroom:

Deliveries beyond 200 miles, and certain higher-value long-distance combinations, are quoted individually. Your exact delivery fee is confirmed with you when your order is placed.
Delivery outside our local territory
For addresses outside our local service territory, we arrange national LTL freight delivery. A member of our team will contact you to confirm freight cost and delivery options before your order ships.
Inspect on delivery
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage directly on the delivery receipt before signing, and report any concealed damage to us within 5 business days at calligaris.oc@calligaris.com. This allows us to file a timely freight claim on your behalf.
